We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2023, at the age of 91, Georgia Ann Shealy Mappus of Aiken, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Lee and Evelyn Minor Shealy; her husband Dr. Theodore William Mappus, Jr.; her stepmother Lena Creed Shealy; her brothers, Ollie L. and Carlton Shealy; her stepsister Hilda Marshall; and her son-in-law Duane Beck.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Walsh (Dale), Patricia Patterson (Reed), Theodore William Mappus, IV (Patricia) and Evelyn Beck. She is also survived by "Granny" by her 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to: St. Paul Lutheran Church or Gentiva Hospice.
