He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Robert Ross and Beatrice Brown Ross. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ross; his children, David Jason Ross of Maryland, Bryan Washington of Kaiserslautern, Germany, Marina Ross-Augustine (Henry) of Upper Marlboro and Krista McMillon (William) of Columbia; and his siblings, Deacon Marvin Ross of Aiken and Virginia Justice of Aiken. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and extended relatives and friends.
