He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Nardinocchi and Vincent Riggs; and his brothers, Vincent Riggs and Paul Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his sisters, Darlene Bliss (Bryan), Cathy Smith (Brandon), Monica Parks (Charles) and Marcia Riggs (Steven); and his children, Bianco Belcher, Jennifer Riggs, Timothy Riggs, Patricia Harp and Amy Jeffers (Larry). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
