LaForest (Castonguay); his mother Denise Duarte (Perron) of Woonsocket; his children, Robert W. LaForest (Kelly Lonchay) of Woonsocket, Melissa M. Landry (Willie) of Mendon and Leigh K. LaForest of Woonsocket; his siblings, Ambrose Duarte, III of Woonsocket, Deanna Duarte Anthony of Woonsocket, Angela Duarte of Woonsocket and Robin Darling of Woonsocket; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Amanda Landry, Justice LaForest, Robert, Antonio Delgado, Kamden LaForest and Jazlyn Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
