He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hevey and Jeannette A. Hevey (Goulet); his wife Frances A. Hevey (Decourcey); his daughter Donna L. Hevey; and his sibling Russell Hevey.
He is survived by: his close friend Helene M. Gauthier; his daughter Lee-Ann Quinn of Warwick; his stepdaughter Margaret Edwards of Alabama; and his brother Henry Hevey of Hamilton, NJ. He is also survived by seven Grandchildren and three Great Grandchildren.
