He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy Ottavi. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Ottavi and Jean Girard Ottavi of Woonsocket; his children, Xavier and Emily Ottavi; the parent of his children Ashlee Guilbault of Woonsocket; and his siblings, Randy of Woonsocket, Eugene Ottavi of Woonsocket, Laurie Fleetwood of Wilmington, DE, Joe, Dave Charette and Eric Dee.
