It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha V. Picard of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Geoffroy R. Tessier and Bertha Tessier (Lafleur); her daughter Heidi L. Picard; and her grandson Christopher Sheehan. She is survived by: her husband Armand V. Picard; her children, Cindy L. Sheehan of Millville, MA and Kim R. Faust (Mark) of Fleming Island, FL; and her sister Rita Turcotte (Donald) of Woonsocket, RI.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
