He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Siembab (McGovney); his sons, Sean M. Siembab (Melissa) of Warren, RI and Christopher M. Siembab (Allendre) of Warren, RI; his brothers, Thomas Siembab of Coventry, RI, Frederick Siembab of Tamarac, FL and Francis "Frank" Siembab of Barrington, RI.; his grandsons, Jaden, Gavin, Brody, Landon and Eli; and his brother Robert Siembab.
