He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert and Josephine (Cicchetti); his wife Ruth (Fornari); his children, Alexander Vermilyea of Riverside, RI, Maximilian Vermilyea of Pawtucket, RI, Andrea Skidmore (Michael) of Warren, RI, Amelia Vermilyea of Honolulu, HI, Elizabeth Dunham (Cameron) of Portland, OR and Sofia Robinson (Joseph) of Uncasville, CT; his sister Suzanne Farmer of Lincoln, RI; his cousins, Adeline and Michael Staulo; and his brother Mark Vermilyea. He was also cherished by six beautiful grandsons.
