He is survived by: his children, Michael Costa and Michelle Parker (Ronald); his siblings, Manuel Costa Jr., Albert Costa, Irene Decosta and Dorothy "Shirley" Ancone; and his granddaughters, Melanie Roberts (Stephen), Emily Parker and Katie Parker.
