He was predeceased by: his spouse Nancy Hart (Mahon); and his parent Victor L.. He is survived by: his parent Roberta P. Hart (Groenendyke); his children, Terry Hart of Honolulu, HI, Kelly Hart (Debbi Schoof) of Brick, NJ and Mary Cowger (Todd) of Wakefield, RI; and his grandchildren, Patrick Cowger, Jonathon Cowger and Brady Cowger.
