He is survived by: his friend Joyce Anderson; his stepchildren, Kendra, Kyra and Axel; his stepgrandchildren, Jake, Elliot, Wyatt and Camila; and his siblings, Anthony, Bernadette and Tari. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.

Contributions can be made in Tom's memory to The Sumner M. Redstone Burn Center at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston or the charity of your choice.
