She is survived by: her children, Michael Tassielli (Lori) of Fountain Hills, AZ, Nicholas Tassielli (Constance) of Charlestown, Christina Dubner (Steven) of New City, NY and Andrew Tassielli (Catherine) of Scottsdale, AZ.; and her foster son Harold Forsythe.
