She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Franco; her daughter Cynthia Bartlett; her parents, T. Morgan Garrett and Marion Garrett (Hannaway); and her siblings, Thomas Garrett, George Garrett and Tina Garrett Cutting.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael P. Franco (Kristen) of Wakefield, RI and Steven R. Franco (Jan) of North Attleboro, MA.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
