It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Guida Mae Schmedinghoff (Wakefield, Rhode Island), who passed away on May 18, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her significant other Richard Schmedinghoff; her children, Dennis Schmedinghoff (Carol) of Sorrento, Susan Smith (Grant) of Wakefield, RI and Sara O'Cain of Providence, RI.; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Ellen, Taylor, Katherine, Alec, Megan and Lauren; and her great grandchild Samuel. She is also survived by five siblings, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
