He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertrand Sr. Gardiner and Carrie Gardiner (Caswell); and his siblings, Beverly, Bertrand Jr., Sharon, Janice, Alfred and Loly.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Gardiner (Iacuele) of Wakefield; his children, Daniel Gardiner of Wakefield, Meghan Gardiner of Wakefield and Meredith Lafontaine (Kyle) of Wakefield; his sister Lydia Sorenson of West Warwick; and his granddaughters, Madelyn and Olivia Lafontaine.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jerry's honor to the South Kingstown Elks 1899 for the numerous charities that they support.
