He was predeceased by: his wife Marian Harrall (Gardner); and his parents, Ernest H. Harrall and Ethel Harrall (Hamilton). He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth W. Harrall (Suzanne) of West Greenwich and Steven H. Harrall (Lisa) of Narragansett; his grandchildren, Andrew Harrall (Lauren), Brooke Jackson (Joel), Alexander Harrall (Adrien Smith) and Spencer Harrall; and his great grandchildren, Elsie Marion Harrall, Bowen Kenneth Harrall and Mason William Harrall.
