He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce A. Cady; his parents, Ernest J. Cady and Mary Cady (Phillips); his daughter Donna L. Rosenfeld; and his brother Ernest J. Cady Jr..
He is survived by: his children, John A. Laurendeau of Bar Harbor, ME. and Deborah J. Cady of Bar Harbor, ME.; and his siblings, Dennis Cady of Naples, FL, Richard Cady of Coventry, RI, Carleton Angell of Warwick, Kathleen A. Thibeault, Leonard J. Cady, Sr. and Karen A. Cady. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
