She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Henry Tougas; her parents, Herbert Hinchliffe and Alice Hinchliffe (Holman); and her sibling Lee Hinchliffe. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Tougas of Westerly, Mary Tougas (Lee) of Wakefield, Michael Tougas (Brenda) of Richmond, Janine Johnson (Mark) of Wakefield, Stephanie Duval (David) of Florida and Jacqueline Crowley (David) of Charlestown; and her siblings, Richard Hinchliffe of Charlestown, Dale Hinchliffe of Wyoming and Sandra Anderson of Hope Valley. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
