He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Newcomb Jr. and Cecile Marilda Newcomb (Mercier); and his brother James Edward Newcomb. He is survived by: his wife Rita Newcomb (Hayes); his children, Kerrie Lynne Hamilton (Newcomb), James William Newcomb, William Otto Newcomb, Dennis Ortelt and Paul Ortelt; and his siblings, Lucille Meehan and Charles Newcomb. He is also survived by his family, and all of his friends.
