He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mandel and Evelyn Mandel (Nissenbaum). He is survived by: his children, Jeffery M. Mandel, Kinley, Karley and Sister Rodelle Palomo (Bill) of Long Island, NY.; his wife Kristine Mandel; his granddaughters, Kinley and Karley Abedi; and his pets, Stella and Abby.

Donations can be made in his Memory to the South Kingstown Dog park where he enjoyed spending time with Stella.
