He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Sherman and Viola Sherman (Tucker); and his wife Catherine Sherman (Carney). He is survived by: his children, Stephen L. Sherman (Vickie) of Richmond, Wayne B. Sherman (Laurie) of Peace Dale and Linda Jalbert (Dennis) of South Kingstown. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
