He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Cook, Sr. and Concetta M. Cook; and his brother Charles C. Cook. He is survived by: his wife Marlene V. Cook; his sister Helen Gee; his children, Lee Ann Cook, DeRita (Paul DeRita), Gary C. Cook (Ernalyn Cook), Tracy Cook, Sue Ann Cook and Votta (Louis Votta); his stepchildren, Shawn Senecal (Angela Senecal), Tina Rodriguez (Frank) and Paula Senecal; his grandchildren, Samantha Cook Rayta, Danielle SanAntonio Deschamps, Benjamin DeRita, Jeffrey SanAntonio, John Dhanniel Starrett (JD), Anthony SanAntonio, Nickalus SanAntonio, Alicia Votta, Breanna Hardie, Ryleah Senecal, Xavier Rodrigues and Brody Senecal; his great grandchildren, Mia Rayta, Penelope Rayta, Bentley Deschamps, Layne Deschamps and Natalia Akerley; and his daughter-in-law Robin L. Cook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
