We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020, at the age of 47, Jeremy Donald Stefano of South Kingstown, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Stefano. He is survived by: his mother Margaret McGovern; his close friend Tara Church; his sister Michaela Stefano; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas, Joseph Galliano and Virginia Farrell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
