It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet P. Poirier of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Burrillville, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joseph Poirier and Richard Buscher; her parents, Paul Proulx and Louise Proulx (Tatro); her stepchildren, Robin Finckler and Richard Buscher; and her siblings, Celeste, Russell, Rita and Gerald.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Kennedy, Michael Bernard and James Bernard; and her stepchildren, Stephen Poirier, Clifford Poirier, Melanie Poirier, Vincent Buscher, Kathy DiFabio and John Buscher. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
