He is survived by: his children, Tara Levesque (Rich) of Landenberg, PA and David Smith of Narragansett; his grandchildren, Mason Levesque and Lorraine Smith; his brother Sibley Smith; and his sister-in-law Cecile Cohen of Perryville.
