He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frederick, Edith Prefontaine (Card), Joseph and Mary Beulah Geaber (Hash). He is survived by: his daughter Codie; his girlfriend Katherine Rishton; his parents, Robert Prefontaine and Victoria Prefontaine (Geaber) of Maine; his sisters, Celeste Richard of Scituate and Nicole Ingram (Scott) of Ashaway; his nieces and nephews, Aidan Wright, Taylor Ingram and Trevor Ingram; and his pets, Kaia and Maisel. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Evan Prefontaine Memorial Fund at Washington Trust, 20 Point Judith Rd., Narragansett, RI 02879. Donations can be mailed or deposited at the bank.
