She was predeceased by: her parents, Celia Whitford and Arthur Perry; her husband Leonard Hazard; her daughter Gloria Perry; and her siblings, Clara Scuse, Edward Perry, Clearance Perry, Isabell Stanton, Raymond Perry, Violet Ortiz, Arthur Perry Jr. and Shirley Andrews.
She is survived by: her sons, James Perry (Lorie Perry) and Stanley Perry; and her siblings, Lillian Weeden, Alice Nebes, Booker Williams, Juanita Monk, Rose Waite and Betty Lou Whitford. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and was.
