Hoffman; her son-in-law Duane J. Costa of Rio Rico, AZ; her daughter Wendy G. Asting of South Kingstown, RI; her granddaughter Bonnie Smith (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Izik and Izabelle Prucha of Peace Dale, RI.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
