(Howard) Congdon of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Congdon; and her parents, Dorothy Howard (Lee) and Dr. Frank L. Howard. She is survived by: her sister Henrietta Howard; her children, Kimberly Congdon, Cameron Congdon and Gregg Congdon; and her grandchildren, Amani Congdon, Asha Congdon, Sasha Congdon-Ng, Jasmine Congdon-Ng, Finn Congdon, Chase Congdon and Deirdre Congdon.
