He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Asher Sherman, Sr. and Mary Brown Sherman; and his siblings, Claire S. Pitcher and Stuart A. Sherman, Jr. of Pitcher's Garage. He is survived by: his wife Claire James Sherman of Perryville, RI.. He is also survived by five nephews, two nieces, and many great-nieces and nephews.
