He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta Pavia (Mix); and his brother David A. Mix. He is survived by: his father Bernard Joseph Pavia; his siblings, Brian Pavia (Maria), Kevin J. Pavia (Sherry) and Gayle M. Jarvis (Marc); his nieces and nephews, Heather (Steve), Kasey, Jared (Vanity) and Erik; his great-nieces, Nicole, Allison, Alexis, Julianna and Ava; and his former wife Traci Pavia.
