He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paula Mulvey (Kimball) of Scituate and Daniel M. Mulvey (Joanna Gonzalez-Mulvey) of East Providence; his stepfather David Como; his brother Christopher D. Mulvey (Stephanie) of Tennessee; his stepbrother Steven A. Como (Haley) of Scituate; his nieces and nephews, Colin and Isla Como; and his aunts and uncles, Bruce, Pat Kimball, Jeffrey Kimball, David and Terry Mulvey.

“Brian was in my preschool class at Hope Nursery School, and then we met again five years later at Hope Elementary School when I was in the fourth grade. Brian approached me at recess and said he remembered me from Hope Nursery School, and I thought, “Wow! How does he remember me?” Brian was the type of person who would always lend a hand when you needed it, and he did not prejudice against others or make fun of people. Sending prayers and condolences to his family 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️”
