With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Todd Liggins of Providence, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Liggins Sr. and Jeanine Osborne-Liggins; and his siblings, Ricky (Duke) and June. He is survived by: his wife Rose Malia Liggins; his brothers, Dennis Liggins Jr. and Michael Liggins; and his children, Jaissen, Jeron, Tripp, Xane, Jeffrey Jr., Jeanine and Zoe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bell Funeral Home, Inc. (571 Broad St, Providence, RI 02907). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
