He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Gauvin (Delaney); his parents, Albert Gauvin and Jeanette Gauvin (Bibeault); and his siblings, Richard, Henry Gauvin and Evelyn Seal (Gauvin).
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Gauvin (Jim Singer), Ronald (Lenora Gauvin), Russell (Myrna Gauvin) and Richard (Sandra Gauvin); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jay, Ryan, Jeffrey, Mark, Adam, Zachary, Nicholas and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Rae and Zane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
