He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Henriquez and Margarita Henriquez (Merlo). He is survived by: his wife Rosa Henriquez (Perez); his children, Edwin Henriquez, Jonathan Henriquez and Heidy Henriquez; his grandson Kaleb Henriquez; and his brothers, Milton Henriquez and Tony Henriquez.
