He was predeceased by: his parents, George Plitt and Rose Plitt (Wollowitz). He is survived by: his wife Miriam Plitt (Weissman); his sons, Hugh Plitt (Jessica) of San Mateo and Seth Plitt (Robin) of Framingham, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Elianna, Gabriel, Jacob, Joshua, Ethan and Rebecca Plitt; and his sisters, Arlene Kossoff (Dick) of New York City and Jane Plitt (Jim Bruen) of Alexandria, Virginia. He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; several cousins and many very close friends.
