She is survived by: her children, Thomas Trinque of Pascoag, Debra Fortune of Chepachet, Linda Spink of Milo, ME and Laurie McCutcheon of Pascoag; her siblings, Kenneth Putnam Jr. of Pascoag, Gail Zifcak of Pascoag, Mary Jane Bailey of Pascoag, Barbara Nolan of Santa Maria, CA, Shirley Zifchock of Harrisville and Susan Kerr of North Smithfield; and her grandson Gregory McCutcheon Jr..
