He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Pendleton Sr. and Jo-Ann Pendleton (Ray); and his sister Tammy L. Pendleton. He is survived by: his children, Emily A. Gannon of Douglas, MA and Jonathan Sousa of Harrisville; his sister Lisa A. Pendleton of Mapleville; and his nieces and nephews, Holly, Edgar, Amanda, Alex, Ricky and Steven.
