He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Cloutier (Lepine); his parent Beatrice Cloutier (Lebel); his children, Patti Cloutier of Cumberland, Cindy Maxwell (Farris) of Scituate, Cathy Cloutier of New York City and William Cloutier (Heather) of Columbus, OH.; and his grandchildren, Kendell Sorensen, Jessica Cloutier and Peyton Maxwell.
