He is survived by: his wife Carol Provencal (Godin); his children, Bradford Provencal (Kathy) of Pascoag, Sherri Provencal (Craig Schneider) of Smithfield, Michelle Provencal-Bonin (John) of Pascoag and Nicole Stockwell (Jeff) of Pascoag; his grandchildren, Brandon Provencal (Hayley), Dylan Provencal (Kim), John Bonin Jr., Gabrielle Bonin, Cael Schneider, Keira Schneider and Sara Stockwell; his great grandchild Carter Provencal; his sisters, Denise Provencal Blanchette (Dave Blanchette) and Therese Provencal SanSouci (James Lachapelle); and his nephews, Steven San Souci, Christopher Blanchette and Michael Blanchette.
