Roy (Pascoag, Rhode Island), born in Manville, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Roy and Ropelda Fournier. He is survived by: his spouse Carol A. Roy of Douglas Pike; his daughter Lisa Roy of Harrisville; and his sister Ruth Vandal of Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in his name be made to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904, where Normand's last days with his family were so skillfully and kindly managed.
