I, Susan Tremblay (James) of Rehoboth and Patricia Therien of Manville, RI; his granddaughter Shelby Hips; his nephews, Cody and Dylan Tremblay; his great-nephew Thomas Tremblay; his great-niece Madeline Tremblay; his close friend Al Carnevale (Lovina); and also, Hannah, Ashley, Aidan and Luna.
