It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Waitkus A. K. A. Aquinas of Pascoag, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Aquinas; his parents, John D. Waitkus and Mary Brandano; and his sisters, Elaine Fossa, Barbara Hayward, Muriel Bogan and Theresa Nye.
He is survived by: his sister Jean Hardy of Adkinson, NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
Therefore, a memorial Mass and a celebration of Brother John's life will be celebrated at a later date when COVID restrictions are eased.
