He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey Ayotte and Jeannette Ayotte (Deslauriers); and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his wife Susan D. Ayotte (Paulson); his sons, Jude Ayotte of Pascoag and Jay Ayotte of Brooklyn, CT; and his siblings, Arthur Ayotte of Manville, Jeffrey Ayotte of Smithfield, Leo Ayotte of Harrisville, Real, Marcel, Maurice, James Ayotte, Blanche Decelles and Theresa Hickey. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
