He is survived by: his wife Elaine Marie Grenier Marchand; his children, John William Marchand III of North Smithfield, RI and Nicole Taylor Haslam (Kevin) of Cranston, RI.; his grandchildren, Ciara Taylor Marchand, John William Marchand IV, Jack Whitman Haslam and Andy Emerson Haslam; his sisters, Debra Wentworth (Charles) of South Kingstown, RI, Lisa Lee of Bellingham, MA, Carol Voisinet of Woonsocket, RI and Donna Kingsman (Thomas) of Attleboro, MA; his brother-in-law James Coyne of Foxboro, MA; and his half-brother Jefim Parkhurst of Bellingham, MA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
