He is survived by: his wife Joyce D. Vangel (Levesque); his children, William Vangel, Jr. (Tina) of Foster, Pamela Vangel of Coventry and Christopher Vangel (Jennifer) of North Scituate; his grandchildren, Matthew, Nolin and Charlotte; and his great grandchild Caleb.
