She was predeceased by: her father Norman E. Curtis; and her sister Deborah A. Curtis. She is survived by: her mother Rhoda Curtis (Spencer) of North Scituate; her siblings, Bethany J. Stockford of North Scituate and Mark A. Curtis of Fall River, MA.; and her close friends, Dr. Diane Zavtosky and Dr. Donna Gallick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“I was sorry to hear about Dr Curtis. I worked with both her and Dr Zavotsky . Dr Curtis was a wonderful advocate for EMS in our area back in the 1990s. Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital was one of 2 sites that was a pilot program for the Comitube used for air way management in the per hospital setting. She also did trainings with us as well. My sincere sympathies to you all Becky Bean, LPN AEMT”
