He was predeceased by: his parent Robert V. Proulx. He is survived by: his spouse Gail L. Proulx (Peterson); his parent Dorothy Martin (Hayes); his children, David Proulx (Deborah) and Deborah Brennan (Greg); his siblings, Raymond Proulx, Janice Manosh and Richard Proulx; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Drew and Aidan.
