He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul P. Clark and Irene H. Clark (Brown); and his brother Peter P. Clark. He is survived by: his wife Sarah E. Clark (Spencer); his sons, Jason P. Clark of Scituate, Adam C. Clark of San Francisco, CA and John D. Burdett of South Kingstown; his siblings, Pamela P. Amoroso and Paul P. Clark; and his grandchildren, Lorna and Conor Burdett.
Face masks and social distancing will be observed. Funeral services and burial will be private.
